Blue Elk Inn

We visited at the beginning of September on our 3 week NP trip. We had a service dog with us- wonderful people, great bfast, room was clean; andvthe hotel is in beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is next level! Chloe went above and beyond, greeting us as we arrived in our trailer and showing us several parking options. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and she provided us with towels for the hot tub, blankets for our dogs, and outdoor blankets, while also adjusting the sauna heat for us. She even took care of our e-bikes by bringing them into storage. Chloe recommended a great place to eat and spent the evening chatting with us while we enjoyed pizza in the sitting area. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. We’re looking forward to the complimentary breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place, and Chloe truly stands out as one of the best hosts I've ever encountered at a hotel!

Chole at the front desk was amazing. It’s less than .75 miles to the main bars but you have so many amenities. If you have kids this is the place to stay. So much to do but still close to the action. We are kid free and it was still a pretty quiet stay. Check in was great and 4 miles from the finish car drop for the Enchantments hike.

I stayed for one night and had a very good experience overall. The room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of juices, fruits, eggs, and coffee. Since the day was very hot, we also enjoyed spending some time at the pool, which was a perfect addition. The only downside was the noise coming from the room above us. The person upstairs had a heavy walk, which made it difficult to fall asleep. I think staying on the top floor would have made the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was well kept.

I am pushing 60 yrs old and have stayed at a lot of places over the years. This place is my number one place to stay. The room was amazing. A lot of room. We had two beds, one queen, one king. This room would be excellent for families. Enough room for kids to play and adults to walk around. And OMG THE BEDS! I know I need a new mattress at home but this bed took me to a new level of comfort! For the first time in a year, I didn’t wake up with a backache. I sleep thru the night without any pain. My mother-in-law stayed with me and agreed that it was the best night sleep she’s had in a while. We tried to find out the name of the bed to shop for it. But this place it on point and had the mattress in a full protective cover and we couldn’t see it. I will be bribing employees for that info. The bathroom had great water pressure. Our only issue was we wished it had a hand held shower head as an option. The product for the bathroom were also top of the line. We already asked about where to obtain them. We both used the shampoo/ conditioner/ hand and body soap and moisturizer. All of it was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing! They offered the usual . Breads, fruit, cereal and scrambled eggs, coffee, juice and milk. But our highlight was chorizo and tortillas with salsa and different hot sauces. Plus fresh tomatoes and onions already chopped. There was also cheese to add. The two gentleman that were manning the area never missed a beat. They kept everything filled and cleaned. Now for the staff….I had to add everyone of them to my Christmas list. They were amazing, friendly and engaging. So it’s safe to say, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the staff. You made two old ladies very happy and relaxed. My menopause never found a reason to come out and play.

Had a wonderful time in the very clean and relaxing inn. All the staff were friendly and the morning breakfast was great! Highly recommend. We will be back.

Fantastic experience! big cozy room, very comfortable mattresses and good bed linen, big balcony, huge parking, wonderful view, delicious breakfast, clean pool and huge beautiful well-kept territory! We came with a dog and there were bowls of water, bags for her everywhere, and we were given a blanket for her in the room. We liked it so much that we already want to book new dates!

Husband and I stayed for two nights at this charming and beautiful inn. Location was perfect for us since we didn’t want to stay in the middle of a busy touristy area. We wanted a quiet and relaxing stay, and this small inn delivered. A short walk took us to all the activities in town, but if you don’t want to walk, you can use the bicycles that the inn provides for free. Our king deluxe room came with a private outdoor seating area with a fire table. It was nice and cozy. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size with plenty of storage drawers so our toiletries were not all over the counter. The room was clean, relaxing, and well updated. The lobby, dining room, and lobby seating area were nicely furnished, cozy, and welcoming. The backyard grounds were beautiful. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. We made use of the heated pool and hot tub, which were nice. Didn’t get a chance to use the saunas, but if I did, I’d choose the one up in the treehouse. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Love all the blue elk theme throughout the place and the scavenger hunt. Would definitely stay here again.
